If you prefer, you can wear your own shoes as long as they're deemed safe and appropriate (closed toe and flat soled e.g. trainers, sneakers, boat shoe)
Terms And Conditions
  • Reservations are required. Please follow the booking instructions on your voucher to book online and select a date
  • The vouchers can only be redeemed online, they cannot be used in person or for walk-ins
  • The vouchers are valid for online redemption until the specific expiry date. Any unredeemed, unused vouchers past the expiry date will be forfeited
  • Vouchers are valid on the specific activity listed on the voucher, from Monday to Sunday at any time at all locations in Australia
  • Each unique voucher code can only be used once. It cannot be used with other promotions and discount codes including the Family Deal
  • These unique codes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry
  • The venue does not allow outside food
  • The card is yours to keep, so you can use the credit on it next time if you don't use it all in one visit
  • Your credit and tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of the last time you used it. Credit on games cards is non-refundable
  • At Archie Brothers Bowen Hills they do not allow minors or under 18's in this venue after 8pm
  • While unaccompanied minors and under 18's are permitted at Archie Brothers Bowen Hills until the listed times, we request that pre-teens and younger children are accompanied by a responsible adult
Cancellation Policy
  • To change a booking, you can do so by calling our team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price
  • You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking
  • No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds
